When a call is made to your InnoCaption number, whether directly or forwarded from your regular phone number (click here for instructions to set up automatic call forwarding), you will receive a pop-up notification. The pop-up notification will prompt you to either accept or decline the call. The notifications look slightly different between iPhone and Android.
