Once you have registered an account with InnoCaption, you are able to use the same account login details (cell phone number and password) on multiple devices. For example, if you have an iPhone and a desktop computer, you can use the same login credentials for both the InnoCaption app and InnoCaption Web at the same time.

When using multiple devices, when you receive an incoming call to your InnoCaption number, all of the devices that you are logged into will receive the call at the same time. You can then choose one device to answer from.

Please note that you can only be on a live call with one device at a time when you are using the same account. Moreover, the call transcript will only show up on the device you placed or received the call.
