InnoCaption offers you the ability to view and share your past call transcripts, which is useful for important or personal calls that you want to save and read in the future. Please follow the steps below to view and share your call transcripts.
To view a call transcript
Open the InnoCaption app
Tap Recents
Locate the correct call
Tap the Transcript icon to the right of the call information - the icon is a blue square
To share your call transcript as a .txt file, follow the steps below.
To share a call transcript
Open the InnoCaption app
Tap Recents
Select the call transcript you would like to save by tapping the Transcript icon (a blue square) to the right of the call information
Tap the Share icon at the bottom of the page - the icon is a square with an arrow
Select the app you would like to use to share the transcript
Enter a recipient and tap Send
Some users prefer to view or share their call transcripts in a conversational format similar to how it appears on the InnoCaption app itself. InnoCaption offers a Transcript Viewer that converts .txt file transcripts into an easy-to-read transcript on your computer.
To view and print a call transcript on your computer
Send the transcript to your computer using the Share button in the InnoCaption app
Open the Transcript Viewer on your computer's web browser
Click Choose files and select your .txt transcript file, or drag the file into the indicated area
If you would like to print the transcript, click Print at the top right
