In order to register for an account, you need to download the app onto your mobile device and log in to make and receive captioned calls on your phone.
To download the app (iPhone)
Go to the iPhone home screen and tap App Store
Tap the Search icon at the bottom right corner
Tap the search bar at the top and type "InnoCaption" to look for our app logo
Tap the GET button and follow the instructions to download
To download the app (Android)
Go to the Android home screen and tap Play Store
Tap the search bar at the top and type "InnoCaption" to look for our app logo
Tap the Install button and follow the instructions to download
Once you have downloaded the app, tap I have hearing loss or I'm testing for someone else. You will be taken through the new account registration steps where you will need to verify your cell phone number and provide your personal information for compliance purposes. After you complete the registration process you can go back to the Login screen and enter your cell phone number and password to activate the app.
When you first activate the app, you will be asked to grant a series of permissions (access to your microphone, enable notifications, access to your location). Please be sure to allow these permission requests so the app can function properly.
