How to update the InnoCaption app to the latest version

It is important to update the InnoCaption app to the latest version so that you have access to our latest features and bug fixes.

To update the InnoCaption app on an iPhone

  1. From your home screen, open the App Store

  2. Tap the Search icon at the bottom right corner

  3. Tap the Search bar at the top of the page

  4. Type "InnoCaption" and tap the Search button

  5. Find the InnoCaption app and tap the UPDATE button

    Note: If you see an OPEN button, you already have the latest version of our app installed

Afterward, reactivate the InnoCaption app to reset the app's connection with our server. Reactivating the app will ensure that the app works properly after the update.

To reactivate the InnoCaption app on an iPhone

  1. Close all open apps, including the InnoCaption app

  2. Restart your device by powering it OFF and ON

  3. Open the InnoCaption app

  4. Tap Settings

  5. Scroll down to the bottom

  6. Tap Run diagnostics

To update the InnoCaption app on an Android device

  1. From your home screen, open the Play Store

  2. Tap the Search bar at the top of the page

  3. Type "InnoCaption" and tap the Search button

  4. Find the InnoCaption app and tap the UPDATE button

    Note: If you see an OPEN button, you already have the latest version of our app installed

OR

  1. From your home screen, open the Play Store

  2. Tap your Google profile icon

  3. Tap Manage Apps & Devices

  4. Under Updates Available, tap See Details
    Note: If you don't see the InnoCaption app in the list of available updates, you already have the latest version of our app installed

  5. Find the InnoCaption app and tap the UPDATE button

Afterward, reactivate the InnoCaption app to reset the app's connection with our server. Reactivating the app will ensure that the app works properly after the update.

To reactivate the InnoCaption app on Android Next Gen (New v4.0)

  1. Close all open apps, including the InnoCaption app

  2. Restart your device by powering it OFF and ON

  3. Open the InnoCaption app

  4. Tap Settings

  5. Scroll down to the bottom

  6. Tap Run diagnostics
