How to request a demo account to test the InnoCaption app for someone else

If you are not deaf or hard of hearing, but would like to test the InnoCaption app on behalf of someone else, we can set up a demo account for you. Demo accounts can be set up for healthcare professionals, employer representatives, social workers, or educators who may be considering recommending the InnoCaption app.

Note: If you are an individual with hearing loss, please sign up for a regular account

To download the InnoCaption app

  1. Access the app from the InnoCaption QR Code page

  2. Open the phone's camera app

  3. Scan (i.e., point the camera at) the QR code

  4. Tap the link that pops up, which will open the App Store (iPhone) or the Play Store (Android)

  5. Download the app from the App Store (iPhone) or the Play Store (Android)

To request an InnoCaption demo account

  1. Tap the I'm testing for someone else button

  2. Tap the category that best describes who you are testing for

    1. Friends or family member: No additional steps

    2. My patients: Enter your title (ex. “Audiologist”) and Organization

    3. Someone else: Additional information required

  3. Enter your cell phone number and tap Continue

  4. An authentication code will be sent to your mobile device. Enter the number in the box provided

  5. Try out a demo call. Tap Start Call

  6. Tap Continue

  7. Enter your email address and create a password for your account. Tap Continue

  8. Enter your legal first and last name and tap Continue

  9. Enter your home address and tap Continue

  10. Your registration is completed. Tap Get Started
