You can change your personal contact information (email or address) associated with your InnoCaption account through our web portal.
To change your personal information
Navigate to www.innocaption.com
Click on the white LOGIN button at the top right corner OR click here to go straight to the portal
Enter your cell phone number and password, then click Login
Click the Settings icon on the top right toolbar
Click Your account
Click on the Change email button or Edit button next to the address field you wish to edit (Home or Emergency 911)
Follow the instructions to update your information
