InnoCaption Web helps make calls far more accessible by allowing you to place a captioned call directly from your browser or live stream the same captions from your phone onto a computer screen. To use InnoCaption Web, you must first register for an InnoCaption account (if you don't already have one) and log into the InnoCaption Web portal using your cell phone number and account password. Your InnoCaption app and InnoCaption Web login details are the same.
InnoCaption Web is also a great feature to use if you need captioning on Zoom meetings or other video conference calls. Please refer to the article here for more details and instructions.

Selecting Caption Modes
InnoCaption offers live captioning through highly skilled stenographers as well as best-in-class automated speech recognition software. InnoCaption puts you in control, allowing you to choose between these two different methods of captioning depending on your accessibility needs and the nature of your call. For more information about our caption modes, please see the article below.

InnoCaption is working hard to make calls more accessible. We now have a feature called Text-to-Speech. This feature allows you to convert text into speech with natural sounding human voices. Text-to-Speech was developed to assist our users who have difficulty being understood by automated systems. Using this feature, our users can type short prompts such as, "Yes" or "Representative," to navigate these systems with greater ease.
