InnoCaption allows you to silence unknown callers, which automatically sends calls from phone numbers that are not in your contact list straight to voicemail.
This feature is a good solution for individuals who are experiencing a large number of spam calls. When enabled, you will only receive inbound call notifications from callers on your contact list. Please note that if you would like to use this feature, you must sync your contact list to InnoCaption servers so we can block calls from numbers not on your list before they reach your phone.
To enable Silence unknown callers on an iPhone and Android Next Gen (New v4.0)
Open the InnoCaption app
Tap Settings
Tap Advanced features
Tap Upload contacts toggle ON (it will turn GREEN)
Tap Back (<)
Tap Inbound calls
Tap Silence unknown callers toggle ON (it will turn GREEN)
To disable Silence unknown callers on an iPhone and Android Next Gen (New v4.0)
Open the InnoCaption app
Tap Settings
Tap Advanced features
Tap Upload contacts toggle OFF (it will turn GRAY)
Tap Continue
