How do I prevent my InnoCaption number from showing up on someone's caller ID?

If you want to block your caller ID so your InnoCaption number will not show up when making an outgoing call, use the outbound caller ID setting in the InnoCaption app.

To block your caller ID

  1. Open the InnoCaption app

  2. Tap Settings

  3. Scroll down to Outbound caller ID

  4. Select Blocked
