If you need to reach a specific person or department at a company using an extension number, you can pre-dial the extension when you initially make a call by inserting a pause. In order to do so, you (1) dial the desired number, (2) add two commas (,,) and (3) enter the extension number. The comma (,) means that the app dials the main number, waits two seconds, then dials whatever extension that appears after the comma.
To call an extension number from the Keypad
Open the InnoCaption app
Tap Keypad at the bottom of the screen and enter the desired number
Long hold the * button to add a comma (,) to the end of the number
Repeat Step 3
Enter the extension number after the commas
Tap the green phone icon to place your call
To save an extension number to your Contact List
Open the InnoCaption app
Tap Contacts
Tap Add or the (+) sign at the top right of the screen to add a new contact
Enter contact information and number
Tap the symbols button at the bottom left of the dial pad
Tap the pause button to add a comma (,) to the end of the number
Repeat Step 6
Enter the extension number after the commas
Tap Done or Save
To call an extension number from your Contact List
Tap Contacts
Select the contact information from your contact list and the number should automatically be displayed on your Keypad
Tap the green phone icon to make your call
To call conference call lines (i.e., Zoom, WebEx)
Copy the One tap mobile extension number from the meeting invitation
Open the InnoCaption app
Tap Keypad
Paste the One tap mobile extension number to the blank white space where the dialed phone number would appear
Tap the green phone icon to place your call
