How to make outbound calls with InnoCaption Web

InnoCaption Web helps make calls more accessible by allowing you to place a captioned call directly from your browser or live stream captions from your phone onto a computer screen. To use InnoCaption Web, you must first register for an InnoCaption account (if you don't already have one) and log into the InnoCaption Web portal using your cell phone number and account password. Your InnoCaption app and InnoCaption Web login details are the same.

After these steps are complete, follow the steps below to make a call. You have the option of manually entering a number into the dial pad or accessing numbers from your InnoCaption Web contact list.

To make an outbound call from InnoCaption Web

  1. Launch the InnoCaption Web portal from your computer by clicking the link here
    โ€‹Note: Consider bookmarking this page on your internet browser for easy access later

  2. Enter your cell phone number and account password and click Log In

  3. Enter the desired number on the dial pad

  4. Click on the green phone icon to place your call

After the call is connected, captions should appear on your screen.

OR

  1. Click on the Contacts icon at the top of the screen

  2. Select the contact information from your contact list and the number should automatically be displayed on your dial pad

  3. Click on the green phone icon to make your call

After the call is connected, captions should appear on your screen.
