If you do not want to use the InnoCaption voicemail system to save messages from callers, you can deactivate it by following the steps below.
To deactivate your InnoCaption voicemail on an iPhone and Android Next Gen (New v4.0)
Open the InnoCaption app
Tap Voicemail
Tap Greeting and you will be connected to the voicemail system
Access the keypad by tapping the Keypad icon at the bottom right corner of the toolbar
Once you are connected, Press 3 to deactivate your voicemail system. [This message will play: "Please note that once you have deactivated your voicemail then all of your voice messages will be deleted and cannot be recovered, if you want to deactivate your voicemail, please Press 3."]
Press 3 (again). There will be a confirmation message, "Your voicemail has been deactivated. Goodbye."
