In the InnoCaption Android app, you can choose how your contacts are sorted and how names are displayed. On iPhone, contact sort and display format are controlled by your device’s iOS settings, and those changes will also appear in the InnoCaption app.
To change how your contacts are sorted and displayed on Android
Open the InnoCaption app
Tap Settings
Tap Advanced Features
Tap Sort/Format Contacts
Choose your preferred settings
Contact sort: choose whether your contacts are alphabetized by first name or by last name
Display format: choose whether your contacts appear with the first name first or the last name first
Your contact list will update automatically after you make a change.
To change how your contacts are sorted and displayed on iPhone
From your phone's home screen, open the Settings app
Tap Apps
Tap Contacts
Tap Sort Order and choose your preferred setting
Tap Back
Tap Display Order and choose your preferred setting
