InnoCaption offers you the ability to sync your existing contacts with the app, which is useful for making and receiving calls. When you first activate the app, you will be asked to grant a series of permissions, including access to your contacts. Please be sure to allow the permission request. You can also choose to sync your existing contacts with the app at a later time.
To sync existing contacts on iPhone
Open the InnoCaption app
Tap Contacts
Tap Sync contacts button
Tap Continue
If you want to sync all your contacts with InnoCaption:
Tap Share All Contacts
If you want to sync only selected contacts with InnoCaption:
Tap Select Contacts
Select the contacts you want to sync and tap Continue
Tap Allow Selected Contacts
To sync existing contacts on Android
Open the InnoCaption app
Tap Contacts
Tap Sync contacts button
Tap Continue
Tap Allow
To add a new contact on InnoCaption, you will need to first sync your contacts using the steps above.
To add a contact
Open the InnoCaption app
Tap Contacts
Tap Add at the top right of the screen to add a new contact
Enter contact information and number
Tap Done or Save
If you have chosen to give InnoCaption limited contact access on iPhone and would like to add more of your phone contacts to your InnoCaption contact list, follow the steps below.
To add more selected contacts on iPhone
From your phone's home screen, open the Settings app
Tap Apps
Tap InnoCaption
Tap Contacts
Tap Edit Selected Contacts
Tap Edit
Select the contacts you want to add to your InnoCaption contact list
Tap the check mark button to confirm, then tap the check mark button again
To delete a contact
Open the InnoCaption app
Tap Contacts
Select the contact information from your contact list
Tap Delete Contact
Note: If you delete a contact from the InnoCaption app, the contact will also be deleted from your phone's regular contact list.
