Contact-specific caller ID preferences let you choose which phone number appears on a recipient's screen when you call them. This is especially useful if a contact has trouble receiving calls from your main number due to carrier spam filtering, or if you want to display your InnoCaption number for work contacts while keeping your personal mobile number private for others.
To set the caller ID for a specific contact
Open the InnoCaption app
Tap Contacts
Select the contact you want to customize
Tap Outbound caller ID
By default, your app's default caller ID setting is used. To choose a different caller ID for this contact, turn Use app default OFF, then select the caller ID you want to use
Your changes are saved automatically
Your app's default outbound caller ID will remain active for all other contacts.
