InnoCaption has a feature called Run diagnostics that allows you to troubleshoot common issues within our app.
To run diagnostics
Open the InnoCaption app
Tap Settings
Tap Run diagnostics
This troubleshooting feature will run the following diagnostics automatically:
App reactivation - This automatically reactivates the app, which fixes common problems without having to reinstall the app. Does not delete any data.
App version check - This will check whether your app version is currently up to date.
Call forwarding check - This checks if you have call forwarding set up.
Internet connection check - This tests your connection speed to our InnoCaption service.
