InnoCaption has developed a new feature that will allow you to troubleshoot common issues within our app.
To use the feature:
Open the InnoCaption app
Tap Settings
Scroll down and tap Run Diagnostics
This troubleshooting feature will run the following diagnostics automatically:
App reactivation - This automatically reactivates the app which fixes common problems without having to re-install the app. Does not delete any data.
App version check - This will check whether your app version is currently up-to-date or not.
Call forwarding check - This checks if you have call forwarding set up or not.
Internet connection check - This tests your connection speed to our InnoCaption service.
