If you have forgotten your account password and would like to reset it, please follow the instructions below.
To reset your account password
Navigate to www.innocaption.com
Click the white Login button at the top right corner
Click Forgot password
Enter the requested information and click Send code
Enter your 6-digit authentication code and new password and click Submit
Your changes should be saved. Open the InnoCaption app and try logging in with your new password.
