What should I do if I am not receiving the 6-digit authentication code during the registration process?

During the registration process, we must verify that you have a valid US-based cell phone number. In order to do so, we will send you a 6-digit authentication code by SMS text message to your cell phone. After you enter your cell phone number and click Continue, it may take a few minutes for the authentication code to arrive. Please wait 2-3 minutes for the text message - do not send the text message multiple times in a short period of time.

If you are having problems receiving the authentication code, please reach out to our Customer Support Team for assistance. When you reach out to us, please provide us with your cell phone number.

If you have a valid US-based cell phone number, but cannot receive SMS text messages, please reach out to us as well. We will help you register for an account.
