Voicemail notifications
When you open the InnoCaption Web window, you will see a blue bubble with the number of new voicemail messages over the Voicemail icon at the top right toolbar.
To listen to your voicemail messages on InnoCaption Web
Launch the InnoCaption Web portal from your computer by clicking the link here

Click the Voicemail icon on the top right toolbar. You will see a list of voicemails with the caller's name or phone number
Select the voicemail message you would like to view. You will see the full voicemail transcript that is automatically generated by our speech recognition engine
If you would like to listen to the voicemail, click the Play button (a black triangle)
If you would like the voicemail to be re-captioned, click Re-caption, then click your preferred caption mode. After you've listened to the voicemail, click Update or Discard to keep or discard the transcript
To delete voicemail messages on InnoCaption Web
Launch the InnoCaption Web portal from your computer by clicking the link here

Click the Voicemail icon on the top right toolbar. You will see a list of voicemails with the caller's name or phone number
Find the voicemail message you would like to delete
Click the Trash icon to the right of the Download icon
To confirm, click Delete
To download voicemail audio files from InnoCaption Web

Find the voicemail message you would like to download
Click the Download icon to the left of the Trash icon
