Save call transcripts on InnoCaption Web

Save your call transcripts, either automatically or manually

To ensure that important call transcripts for calls made on InnoCaption Web are saved, you can enable Auto-save transcripts. If you only want to save certain transcripts, you can use the Download transcript button to manually save them.

Your transcripts for calls on InnoCaption Web will be saved in your default browser Downloads folder.

Due to our privacy policies, your call transcripts are not saved on InnoCaption servers and cannot be accessed or retrieved by our staff. Only you can save your call logs to your computer.

To auto-save call transcripts on InnoCaption Web

  1. Launch the InnoCaption Web portal from your computer by clicking the link here

  2. Enter your cell phone number and account password and click Sign in

  3. Click the Settings icon on the top right toolbar

  4. Click Transcripts

  5. Click the Auto-save transcript toggle ON (it will turn BLUE)

Please note that if you mirror your calls from the mobile app to InnoCaption Web, the transcripts will not be auto-saved. However, you can manually save a mirrored transcript to your computer by following the steps below.

To manually save call transcripts on InnoCaption Web

  1. Launch the InnoCaption Web portal from your computer by clicking the link here

  2. Enter your cell phone number and account password and click Sign in

  3. Make a call using the dial pad

  4. Once the call ends, click Download transcript

Some users prefer to view or share their call transcripts in a conversational format similar to how it appears on InnoCaption Web itself. InnoCaption offers a Transcript Viewer that converts .txt file transcripts into an easy-to-read transcript on your computer.

To view and print a call transcript on your computer

  1. Download the transcript to your computer using the Download transcript button on InnoCaption Web

  2. Open the Transcript Viewer on your computer's web browser

  3. Click Choose files and select your .txt transcript file, or drag the file into the indicated area

  4. If you would like to print the transcript, click Print at the top right
