Sometimes during a live call, users will want to switch the caption mode they are using from AI to Human, or vice versa. You can easily switch between caption modes during a call.
To switch between caption modes during a call
During a live call, tap the Caption mode icon on the bottom toolbar, to the right of the end call icon
Select your preferred caption mode
Tap the (x) icon to return to the caption screen
