InnoCaption

InnoCaption allows you to choose between captioning by live stenographers (Human) or automated speech recognition (AI) software.

You can choose between three caption modes on the InnoCaption app:

AI (English) - defaults to automated speech recognition software in English for captioning unless user requests switch to Human (live stenographer) mode during a call

AI (Secondary Language) - defaults to automated speech recognition software in the designated secondary language for captioning

Human (English) with AI fallback enabled - defaults to live stenographer (Human), but enables ASR captioning when a live stenographer is not available

To switch between caption modes on InnoCaption Web

Launch the InnoCaption Web portal from your computer by clicking the link <a href="https://account.innocaption.com/login" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">here</a> ​Note: Consider bookmarking this page on your internet browser for easy access later

Enter your cell phone number and account password and click Sign in

Click the Caption mode icon at the bottom right corner

1. Launch the InnoCaption Web portal from your computer by clicking the link <a href="https://account.innocaption.com/login" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">here</a> ​Note: Consider bookmarking this page on your internet browser for easy access later
2. Enter your cell phone number and account password and click Sign in
3. Click the Caption mode icon at the bottom right corner
4. Select your preferred caption mode

To enable AI fallback mode on InnoCaption Web

Click the Settings icon on the top right toolbar

Click AI fallback toggle ON (it will turn BLUE)

1. Click the Settings icon on the top right toolbar
2. Click Call preferences
3. Click AI fallback toggle ON (it will turn BLUE)

To switch between caption modes during a call on InnoCaption Web

During a live call, click the Caption mode icon on the bottom toolbar, to the right of the Audio icon

2. Select your preferred caption mode
