As an Internet Protocol Captioned Telephone Service (IP-CTS) provider, InnoCaption can only be used for incoming and outgoing phone calls, and cannot be used for text messages. Texting is supported through your phone’s regular SMS text application.

If you would like to make sure that people that you call text you back at the correct number (your regular cell phone number), we recommend you set your outbound Caller ID function to display your regular cell phone number instead of your InnoCaption number.
