When a voicemail is locked, it will show a Lock icon and cannot be deleted unless you unlock it first.
To lock a voicemail
Open the InnoCaption app
Tap Voicemail
Open the voicemail you want to protect
Tap the Lock icon
Once locked, the voicemail will show a lock indicator.
To unlock a voicemail
Open the locked voicemail
Tap the Unlock icon
After unlocking the voicemail, you can delete it if needed.

Please note: Locked voicemails cannot be deleted. To delete a locked voicemail, unlock it first, then delete it.
The lock status is saved, so the voicemail will remain locked until you choose to unlock it.
