You can personalize your InnoCaption voicemail greeting for times when you miss a call. The InnoCaption voicemail system will allow callers to leave you a voice message when they call you on your InnoCaption app - either through your InnoCaption number, or your regular cell phone number if you have automatic call forwarding set up. Voicemail audio messages can be accessed from the InnoCaption app along with captions, just like regular calls.
To review your current personal greeting
Open the InnoCaption app
Tap Voicemail
Tap Greeting at the top left of the screen
Tap the blue play icon to listen to your current personal greeting
To record your personal greeting
Open the InnoCaption app
Tap Voicemail
Tap Greeting at the top left of the screen
Under Record voice, tap the red circle icon to record your message
Once you are finished, tap the red stop icon
Tap the blue play icon to preview your message
Tap Update to complete the process
To type your personal greeting
Open the InnoCaption app
Tap Voicemail
Tap Greeting at the top left of the screen
Under Type a greeting, tap the text box and type your message
Once you are finished, tap Generate greeting
Tap the blue play icon to preview your message
Tap Update to complete the process
To clear your personal greeting
Open the InnoCaption app
Tap Voicemail
Tap Greeting at the top left of the screen
Tap Clear at the top left of the screen
Tap the Clear button. The default greeting will be restored
