Not receiving calls after deleting the InnoCaption app

What to do if you have deleted the InnoCaption app and can no longer receive incoming calls

Updated over a week ago

If you have deleted the InnoCaption app from your phone and are no longer receiving incoming calls, call forwarding by your mobile carrier may still be enabled. When call forwarding is active, your incoming calls continue to be sent to InnoCaption - even if the app has been deleted.

Deleting the InnoCaption app does not automatically cancel call forwarding. Call forwarding is a feature managed by your mobile carrier.

Please follow the instructions below to turn off call forwarding with the most common phone carriers.

AT&T

To cancel call forwarding

  1. From your phone’s home screen, open the phone app (not the InnoCaption app)

  2. Enter #21#

  3. Press the call button, wait for the confirmation tone (or 10 seconds), and tap the end call button

  4. Call forwarding should be cancelled.

T-Mobile (or Mint Mobile)

To cancel call forwarding

  1. From your phone’s home screen, open the phone app (not the InnoCaption app)

  2. Enter ##21#

  3. Press the call button, wait for the confirmation tone (or 10 seconds), and tap the end call button

  4. Call forwarding should be cancelled.

Verizon (or Boost Mobile, Xfinity Mobile)
