How to run Diagnostics on InnoCaption Web

Run self-diagnostics and troubleshoot common problems in the InnoCaption Web

InnoCaption Web includes a Run Diagnostics feature that helps you quickly troubleshoot common issues without needing to contact support.

To use the feature:

  1. Open InnoCaption Web in your browser and log in

  2. Click on Settings (gear icon)

  3. Diagnostics and select Run Diagnostics

The diagnostic tool will automatically run the following tests:

  • Web version test – Confirms you are running the latest version of InnoCaption Web.

  • Browser permission test – Checks that your browser has granted the microphone permission

  • Internet connection test – Tests your connection speed and stability to our InnoCaption service

  • Call connection test – Simulates a test call to verify that calls can be successfully connected

    • Note: Audio will play during the test call

After the test end, you can click the Contact Support button from the diagnostics page. Your test results will be added to your support message, so our team has the details they need to help resolve the issue faster.
