We are excited to introduce the newly redesigned sidebar on InnoCaption Web! The updated design streamlines your experience, making it easier to access key features during your calls. The sidebar now includes three convenient tabs:
1. Recents
The Recents tab gives you quick access to your call log history. Here, you can view and manage your recent calls.
Recent Calls in InnoCaption Web are not synced with your app (all calls in your phone InnoCaption App will not show up on InnoCaption Web and vice versa).
We don't save transcripts (to save a transcript, save it at the end of the call or enable auto-save).
If you clear browser storage, your recent calls will be deleted.
If you use a different browser or computer, the recent calls won't appear from the other browser or computer.
2. Dialpad
The Dialpad tab lets you make calls and access your contacts directly, keeping everything simple and convenient.
3. Call Options
The Call Options tab provides quick access to settings you can adjust before and during a call. These options allow you to personalize your experience and manage your preferences easily. It includes these features:
Show my speech
Enable text-to-speech
Enable caption alert (Active during a call)
+Add a caller (Active during a call)
