InnoCaption Web allows you to block unwanted or spam calls from specific numbers by adding them to your Block list.
To add a number to the Block list on InnoCaption Web
Launch the InnoCaption Web portal from your computer by clicking the link here
Note: Consider bookmarking this page on your internet browser for easy access laterEnter your cell phone number and account password and click Log In
Click the Settings icon on the top right toolbar
Click Dialer
Click Manage list
Enter the 10-digit phone number you wish to block
Click Add
The number will appear on the Block list
To remove a number from the Block list on InnoCaption Web
Launch the InnoCaption Web portal from your computer by clicking the link here

Click the Settings icon on the top right toolbar
Click Dialer
Click Manage list
Click the (x) icon next to the number you wish to unblock
The number will be removed from the Block list
