Save call transcripts on InnoCaption Web

Save your call transcripts, either automatically or manually

To ensure that important call transcripts for calls made on InnoCaption Web are saved, you can enable Auto-save transcripts.

Due to our privacy policies, your call transcripts are not saved on InnoCaption servers and cannot be accessed or retrieved by our staff. Only you can save your call logs to your computer.

To auto-save call transcripts on InnoCaption Web

  1. Launch the InnoCaption Web portal from your computer by clicking the link here
    ​Note: Consider bookmarking this page on your internet browser for easy access later

  2. Enter your cell phone number and account password and click Sign in

  3. Click the Settings icon on the top right toolbar

  4. Click Transcripts

  5. Click the Auto-save transcript toggle ON (it will turn BLUE)
    ​Note: Your transcripts for calls on InnoCaption Web will be saved in your default browser Downloads folder.

To manually save call transcripts on InnoCaption Web

  1. Launch the InnoCaption Web portal from your computer by clicking the link here
    ​Note: Consider bookmarking this page on your internet browser for easy access later

  2. Enter your cell phone number and account password and click Sign in

  3. Make a call using the dial pad

  4. Once the call ends, click Save transcript
