If your carrier is Google Fi, please follow the instructions to set up or cancel call forwarding.
To set up call forwarding
Open the Google Fi website or app
In the Home tab, under Phone settings, select Call forwarding
Select Always forward as your call forwarding preference
Enter your 10-digit InnoCaption number
You’ll be asked to verify the number. Select the “verify by call” option.
Click Save to ensure your selection is applied
Test if call forwarding was set up properly. Call your regular phone number from a different phone. You should see the incoming call come through the InnoCaption app. Captions should appear once you answer the call.
To cancel call forwarding
Open the Google Fi website or app
In the Home tab, under Phone settings, select Call forwarding
Select the pencil icon next to your 10-digit InnoCaption number
Tap Remove
