Call Forwarding for Assurance Wireless, Mint Mobile, T-Mobile, Tello Mobile, Ultra Mobile

If your carrier is Assurance Wireless, Mint Mobile, T-Mobile, Tello Mobile, or Ultra Mobile please follow the instructions to setup or cancel call forwarding.

To setup call forwarding

  1. From your phone’s home screen, select the phone app (not the InnoCaption app)

  2. Enter **21* followed by your 10-digit InnoCaption number followed by #

  3. Press the call button, wait for the confirmation message (or 10 seconds), and tap the end call button

  4. Test if call forwarding was setup properly. Call your regular phone number from a different phone. You should see the incoming call come through the InnoCaption app. Captions should appear once you answer the call.

To cancel call forwarding

  1. From your phone’s home screen, select the phone app (not the InnoCaption app)

  2. Enter ##21#

  3. Press the call button, wait for the confirmation tone (or 10 seconds), and tap the end call button

  4. Call forwarding should be cancelled.
