If your carrier is Assurance Wireless, Mint Mobile, T-Mobile, or Ultra Mobile, please follow the instructions to set up or cancel call forwarding.
To set up call forwarding
- From your phone’s home screen, open the phone app (not the InnoCaption app) 
- Enter **21* followed by your 10-digit InnoCaption number followed by # 
- Press the call button, wait for the confirmation message (or 10 seconds), and tap the end call button 
- Test if call forwarding was set up properly. Call your regular phone number from a different phone. You should see the incoming call come through the InnoCaption app. Captions should appear once you answer the call. 
To cancel call forwarding
- From your phone’s home screen, open the phone app (not the InnoCaption app) 
- Enter ##21# 
- Press the call button, wait for the confirmation tone (or 10 seconds), and tap the end call button 
- Call forwarding should be cancelled.
