Call Forwarding for AT&T, Boost Mobile, Consumer Cellular, QLink Wireless, Simple Mobile, T-Mobile

If your carrier is AT&T, Boost Mobile, Consumer Cellular, QLink Wireless, Simple Mobile, or T-Mobile please follow the instructions to setup or cancel call forwarding.

To setup call forwarding for iPhone

  1. From your phone’s home screen, select the Settings app

  2. Select Phone

  3. Select Call Forwarding

  4. Tap Call Forwarding toggle ON (it will turn GREEN)

  5. Tap Forward To

  6. Enter your 10-digit InnoCaption number

  7. Test if call forwarding was setup properly. Call your regular phone number from a different phone. You should see the incoming call come through the InnoCaption app. Captions should appear once you answer the call.

To cancel call forwarding for iPhone

  1. From your phone’s home screen, select the Settings app

  2. Select Phone

  3. Select Call Forwarding

  4. Tap Call Forwarding toggle OFF (it will turn GRAY)

  5. Call forwarding should be cancelled.

To setup call forwarding for Android

  1. From your phone’s home screen, select the phone app (not the InnoCaption app)

  2. Tap the icon with three vertical dots

  3. Select Settings

  4. Select Supplementary services

  5. Select Call forwarding

  6. Select Always forwarding

  7. Enter your 10-digit InnoCaption number

  8. Tap Turn on

  9. Test if call forwarding was setup properly. Call your regular phone number from a different phone. You should see the incoming call come through the InnoCaption app. Captions should appear once you answer the call.

To cancel call forwarding for Android

  1. From your phone’s home screen, select the phone app (not the InnoCaption app)

  2. Tap the icon with three vertical dots

  3. Select Settings

  4. Select Supplementary services

  5. Select Call forwarding

  6. Select Always forwarding

  7. Tap Turn off

  8. Call forwarding should be cancelled.
