Can I have calls captioned in Spanish?

InnoCaption offers Spanish captioning to our users with our secondary language AI caption mode. InnoCaption users have the option select their language preference for AI captioning.

If you would like to access captions in Spanish, please follow the instructions below:

To access captions in Spanish on an iPhone and Android Next Gen (New 4.0)

  1. Open the InnoCaption app

  2. Tap Settings

  3. Under AI caption language, tap Secondary

  4. Select Español

If you would like to select captions in Spanish as the default caption mode, for your next call, or during a call, please follow the instructions below:

To select captions in Spanish as the default caption mode an iPhone and Android Next Gen (New 4.0)

  1. Open the InnoCaption app

  2. Tap Keypad

  3. Tap the Caption mode icon at the bottom left corner

  4. Select AI Español

To select captions in a secondary language during a call an iPhone and Android Next Gen (New 4.0)

  1. During a live call, tap the Caption mode icon on the bottom toolbar, to the right of the end call icon

  2. Select your preferred caption mode from the list

  3. Tap the (x) icon to return to the caption screen

A friendly reminder to our users that like all InnoCaption calls, our Spanish AI feature is only permitted for captioning phone calls and cannot be used for in-person captioning. We’ve included a link here for more information on our usage policy:
