InnoCaption is free of charge to people with hearing or speech disabilities in the United States, with no limits to how much you can use our service. We are funded and administered by the FCC to provide free telecommunications relay services (TRS) for people who are deaf, hard of hearing, or have difficulty using their own voice to talk and need assistance in understanding the other party on a call.
Please note that if your phone is not connected to Wi-Fi, InnoCaption will use your cellular data. As InnoCaption uses only a small amount of data, it is unlikely that using InnoCaption will cause you to exceed your data plan. As a point of reference, an hour of calling with InnoCaption uses approximately 40 MB of data.
