InnoCaption is free of charge to the deaf and hard of hearing community in the United States, with no limits to how much you can use our service. We are funded and administered by the FCC to provide free captioning services for the deaf and hard of hearing who wish to use their voices to call but require assistance to hear.

Please note that if your phone is not connected to Wi-Fi, InnoCaption will use your cellular data. As InnoCaption uses only a small amount of data, it is unlikely that using InnoCaption will cause you to exceed your data plan. As a point of reference, an hour of calling with InnoCaption uses approximately 40 MB of data.
