Typing full sentences during live phone calls can be challenging, especially when every second counts. Pausing to figure out how to phrase something and then typing out every word can lead to long delays. That's why InnoCaption created the AI Refine feature, which help users respond quickly, without having to type out their entire response.
While using Text-to-Speech during a call, try typing out a short or partial response, then tapping the AI Refine button. Watch our app use AI to quickly transform your response into a more natural sentence that fits the context of your conversation.
To use AI Refine during a call
Open the InnoCaption app
Make sure Text-to-Speech is enabled
Tap Settings
Tap Text-to-speech
Tap the toggle ON next to Text-to-speech
Return to the Keypad and make a call
Type a short response
Tap the AI Refine button (above the blue arrow send button)
If needed, edit the draft response from the AI
Tap the send button (blue arrow) to send the response
Note: Try using the "Make a test call" feature in Settings to test out this feature in a simulated call.
