InnoCaption Web’s Text-to-speech (TTS) feature lets you quickly speak pre-written phrases during calls to communicate efficiently.
Text-to-speech
Turn on TTS, choose your preferred voice, and set up keyboard and shortcut options.
To enable Text-to-speech
Click Settings
Click Text-to-speech
Click the Text-to-speech toggle to turn it on
Click the Text-to-speech shortcut list toggle to turn it on

Customize shortcuts
Manage QuickSpeak phrases and categories for faster communication.
From the Text-to-speech menu, click Customize shortcuts to open the editor.
QuickSpeak
QuickSpeak phrases are pre-written responses spoken immediately when clicked. Default phrases include Intro, Hold, and Repeat.
To add or edit a QuickSpeak phrase
Click + Add a phrase to add a new QuickSpeak phrase and enter the label and phrase
Click a phrase to edit it
Click the Preview icon to hear how the phrase will sound before saving it
Click Save when finished
Organize categories
Categories let you group and order QuickSpeak phrases. They appear in this order during a call.
To add a new category
Click Add/edit categories
Click + Add a category and enter a name (up to 64 characters)
Select an icon for the category from the dropdown list
Drag and drop categories using the three-line icon to reorder
Click Done when finished
Update phrases in a category
Add, edit, or remove phrases within categories.
To add a new phrase
Click the arrow on the left side of the category
Click + Add a phrase
Enter the label (up to 64 characters) and phrase (up to 300 characters).
Note: Use phrase as label is on by defaultClick Save when finished
Note: Click Delete next to a category or phrase to remove it
TTS during a call
Use TTS in real time to respond quickly with text or QuickSpeak phrases.
To use Text-to-speech during a call
Enter text (up to 300 characters) in the Text-to-speech window
Click a QuickSpeak phrase to speak it immediately
Select any category and phrase to add it to the window
Click Speak to read the text
Notes:
The TTS audio will play on both your end and the other party's end, and you will see a visual progression of the speech
Keyboard shortcuts: You can use Alt + 1, Alt + 2, Alt + 3, … to apply the corresponding TTS shortcut from the currently active category tab
