InnoCaption

InnoCaption Web offers you the ability to sync your existing contacts with the InnoCaption app, which is useful for making and receiving calls. This feature is currently only available for iPhone users. It will also be released for Android users in 2024.

To sync contacts from the InnoCaption app on InnoCaption Web

Launch the InnoCaption Web portal from your computer by clicking the link <a href="https://account.innocaption.com/login" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">here</a> ​Note: Consider bookmarking this page on your internet browser for easy access later

Enter your cell phone number and account password and click Log In

Click the Contacts icon on the top right toolbar

Tap Upload contacts toggle ON (it will turn GREEN)

2. Enter your cell phone number and account password and click Log In
3. Click the Contacts icon on the top right toolbar
4. Scan the QR code
5. Tap Upload contacts toggle ON (it will turn GREEN)

From your phone's home screen, open the InnoCaption app

1. From your phone's home screen, open the InnoCaption app
2. Tap Settings
3. Tap Advanced features
4. Tap Upload contacts toggle ON (it will turn GREEN)

To add contacts on InnoCaption Web

1. Launch the InnoCaption Web portal from your computer by clicking the link <a href="https://account.innocaption.com/login" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">here</a> ​Note: Consider bookmarking this page on your internet browser for easy access later
2. Enter your cell phone number and account password and click Log In
3. Click the Contacts icon on the top right toolbar
4. Click + New contact
5. Enter contact's name, label, and number
6. Click Save

To delete contacts on InnoCaption Web

Click the icon with three horizontal dots to the right of the desired contact

2. Enter your cell phone number and account password and click Log In
3. Click the Contacts icon on the top right toolbar
4. Click All contacts
5. Click the icon with three horizontal dots to the right of the desired contact
6. Select Delete contact
7. Click Delete
