InnoCaption Web consolidates your Favorites at the top of your Contacts list. To add a contact as a Favorite, go to the individual contact in the Contacts list.
To add a contact to Favorites on InnoCaption Web
Launch the InnoCaption Web portal from your computer by clicking the link here
Note: Consider bookmarking this page on your internet browser for easy access laterEnter your cell phone number and account password and click Sign in
Click the Contacts icon on the top right toolbar
Click All contacts
Click the icon with three horizontal dots to the right of the desired contact
Click Edit contact
Click the star icon next to their number
Click Save
After following these steps, you will see the contact at the top of your Contacts list under Favorites.
