Having long calls and waiting on extended holds can be tiring. InnoCaption has developed a new feature called Caption Alert to help alert you when captioning has started again so you don't have to wait on extended holds.
How does it work?
If you know you will be on an extended hold, you can turn on Caption Alert. Our system will monitor to determine when captioning starts again, so you don't have to keep watching the screen. When captioning is detected, the call screen will flash white to alert you if you are far from your screen, and a tab notification will appear if you are working on a different tab.
How to enable Caption Alert during a call on InnoCaption Web:

Note: Consider bookmarking this page on your internet browser for easy access laterEnter your cell phone number and account password and click Log In
During a live call > Call options tab > Check "Enable Caption Alert"
Note: Caption Alert is enabled for a single use and will turn off automatically after the alert. By default, this feature is off.
